No New Posts Canada

Canada.

The nation that had the most survivors after the collapse. They tried to rebuild society, but once the Marauders from the United States came North, they kissed that dream goodbye.

So now there's a couple of small settlements around the area that once was Canada, with Marauders and Wanderers roaming in the wilderness and collapsing cities that have remained standing all these years.

This includes the North West, the South West, and the West Coast of the former United States.

No New Posts The Midwestern United States

The Midwestern United States is pretty much what it says in the title. It's the middle of the United States, separating the Western U.S. and the Eastern U.S.

No New Posts The Eastern United States

The Eastern United States. The beginning of a once great nation. Welp, so much for that dream. The East Coast is often populated by Wanderers, looking for salvage and such.

In the South East... Nothing but Rednecks, Hillbillies and Hicks. Suggestion: Run. And don't look back.

Viva la Mexico?

Viva la Mexico.

Mexico hasn't changed much, even during the collapse. Cartels are gone, but so is the government.

So explore Mexico at your own peril. While the Marauders might not get you, the giant birds might.

No New Posts The Amazon

The Amazon, once an endangered ecosystem, now has 'taken over' South America. There's no sentient life here. But there are plenty of beasts here, so it's become a popular hunting area for Maruaders and brave Wanderers alike. Well, those who live in the Americas, at any rate.

No New Posts The British Isles

The British Isles contain what used to be England, Scotland, and Ireland. Now it's inhabited by many descendants. Of course, there's at least a couple of small, small settlements on each island. Beware, though. The Celts have come back from the past and protect their tribes in Scotland, Ireland, and parts of Britain. So watch your back.

No New Posts Scandinavia

Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark, the land of the vikings, which has now become theirs once more. Now armed with guns and using vehicles, the marauding vikings are even more dangerous than ever.

No New Posts The Germanic Lands

The Germanic Lands, obviously made up of Germany, but also Gaul (France), Spain, Belgium, and their nearest neighbors. The Germanic Lands have been retaken by Germanic Tribes, though now armed with firearms and vehicles, these guys will do more than just cause the Fall of the Roman Empire.

No New Posts Former Soviet States

Pretty much just any former Soviet State that existed in the Cold War of the late 1900's. Even now, there are weapon stockpiles up the yin yang, and anyone can go and grab them. If they're willing to face the beasts who made the depots their lair.

No New Posts Russia

Russia, home of the Soviets. They rose to power after the Collapse hoping to take power and finally manage to bring the world to order under the philosophy of Communism.

Didn't happen.

So, the Soviets are isolated to the single settlement in Russia, which, funny enough, used to the Russian Culture Capital, Saint Petersburg. Keeping the name, the Soviets are one of the more liked factions on the planet, with them being willing to shelter anyone who asks. They only ask that they work their "rent" off by helping with some of the labor before they set off. With such a small community, the Soviet settlement actually flourishes under the Communist Ideal. Lenin would be proud.

No New Posts China

China, once home to the largest population on the planet.

When the Collapse happened, most of the city dwelling population had died due to the violent riots, street gangs, and the chaos of a falling government. But you know who didn't die?

The traditional, honor-bound Chinese village population who still remembered the old ways. Now, China still has the most population on the planet, but it is by far the most peaceful. With a new Dynasty ruling over the nation, order is kept and invading Marauders (humorously inhabiting Mongolia) are kept out.

No New Posts Mongolia

Mongolia is home to the Mongolian Marauder gangs, living in various villages in order to have a "home" to come back to. Though these villages are very dangerous, and if you see one, head the other way. Fast.

No New Posts Afghanistan

Afghanistan, once home to a series of conflicts, now a rich, fertile land, overgrown as a result of a bioengineered weapon created by the South American Federation of old. Now, it is populated by small villages, connected to each other through the Crossroads, the roads that connect all of the settlements in the Middle East, most of Europe, some of Africa, and some of Asia.

Due to the nature of the overgrowth, it has affected the soil in a way that it cannot be exhausted through normal means. But the villages never push their luck, for they don't know when this blessing might be ended.

No New Posts The Citadel

The Citadel, also called Trade Town, is a rather large settlement that's popped up where Constantinople used to be. Now, almost fully restored, it's now the home to the biggest trade center in the world, along with the largest military presence in the Middle East.

No New Posts The Congo

The vast jungles of the Congo haven't changed, even post-Collapse. War still wages, though now there's a bit more... variety on who the combatants are.

FYI, watch for the Gorillas. They're flinging more than just feces now.

No New Posts Japan

You all think Japan's reverted to the time of the Samurai?

Think again.

Kind of.

Japan's become a warzone, torn between those who want a modern, technologically recognized society, like the days before the Collapse, and those who want to revert to the Feudal Era.

So yeah, there are Samurai.

There are also guns.

Not a good combination, when you think about it.

No New Posts Australia

It's a lot colder than it used to be. Over the centuries, countless earthquakes have caused mountains to form in the Outback of Australia, making this place quite hazardous to travel to.

One major colony here trying to get the ecosystem back to normal, for the most part. Though since Terraforming is still in it's infancy, this might take a while.

No New Posts Kaz Kazan

Kaz Kazan, one of the first nations established on Marxis when it was first colonized. Within are several major cities, from which many great scientists appear, as Kaz Kazan is the most scientifically motivated of the Three Nation.

No New Posts Kattarn

Kattarn is the second nation established, quickly becoming an economic powerhouse of Marxis. Unlike Kaz Kazan and Dagalur, Kattarn is a sprawling metropolis encompassing most of the nation, much like the old New York on Earth.

No New Posts Dagalur

Dagalur is the most militarily influenced of the Three Nations, with strong standing buildings and everyone within the nation's influence having combat training. While there are buildings on the surface acting as proper cities, all of Dagalur is connected through a gigantic subterranean complex stretching miles underneath and across the nation.
